Keen Home Medical is the retail HME/DME division of Keen.  Keen Home Medical is our own retail outlet for Keen Mobility brand products. We also supply products from other manufacturers with whom we have partnered.  Retail customers can purchase online, over the phone, or at any of our two retail locations. Our goal is to reduce the cost of medical equipment to customers in order to improve safety, mobility & comfort.  If you are within the service area of one of our retail locations, we also offer the ability to bill your insurance and supply rental equipment for qualifying patients.     

History
For years, Keen Mobility customers (long-term care facilities, nursing homes, and hospitals) were asking us to sell the Keen Mobility brand products to patients for home use. Patients were wanting the same wheelchair, cushion, walker, etc. that they were using and loved within the facility for home use. After years of directing them to local HME stores, and patient’s not finding what they wanted, we finally pulled the trigger in 2009 on creating our own retail division. Upon doing so, we also began partnering with other manufacturers who make products that augment Keen branded products and meet the total demand of our retail customer. If you are looking for a product we do not currently carry, please call us so we can be introduced to it!
