The AntiThrust wheelchair cushion is designed to prevent ischials from thrusting forward. The ischial well is filled with visco-elastic memory foam, which comfortably reduces movement in mild sliders. The unique flat-top design facilitates foot propulsion of the wheelchair while minimizing the risk for hamstring pain or tightness. Includes a 4-way stretch cover with non-skid bottom. Extra covers available.
