The 2-layer base is comprised of high-resiliency foam, which provides support and added durability to prevent bottoming out under the most demanding weight situations. The Journey Bariatric cushion offers pressure redistribution for medium-risk individuals or those with skin breakdown. Includes a 4-way stretch cover with non-skid bottom. Extra covers available.
